Garden Planner

This is a free trial version, but the free trial version should be enough for your vegetable garden design ideas.

Better Homes & Garden

One of my favorite magazines has free software to download. With this one, you also get to design inside projects and your outdoor landscapes.

GardenaT

This is my personal favorite one and the one I use the most. It’s free, and I love starting with their sample gardens when my mind isn’t feeling very creative. Also, you don’t have to download anything with this one.

Gardeners

This is a simple-to-use program that doesn’t require any downloads. You can also print out your design when you are finished. Have to love a good old drag and drop designer.

Let me know if you use any of these and what tips you have for planning your garden. I love going to the library and looking at all the gardening books in the dead of winter to get inspired.

If you experience garden burnout, check out my post here. We all go through it but let’s get you back in the game.
